the my billing tab gives providers a clear view of their own charges, payments, and outstanding balances it focuses on provider level activity rather than patient or insurance billing w hat you’ll see in my billing at the top of the page, summary cards show your billing activity for the selected period total charges the total amount charged for your services during the period total payments payments received and applied to your charges outstanding balance the remaining unpaid amount after payments are applied each card also shows a comparison against the previous period to help you track trends over time p rovider periods below the summary cards, the provider periods table breaks down billing data by provider and date range for each period, you can see provider name billing period dates total charges total payments outstanding balance number of encounters included this view helps you quickly understand how much you’ve billed, how much has been paid, and what is still outstanding for each billing period w hen to use my billing use this tab when you want to review your personal billing performance monitor unpaid balances tied to your services compare recent billing activity with previous periods confirm that payments are being applied correctly the my billing tab is read only and designed for transparency, not for editing charges or payments that’s it simple, accurate, and aligned with the ui the rare trifecta
