the schedule tab in eggmed provides a streamlined way to manage your practice’s schedule from viewing upcoming sessions to resolving conflicts, this guide will help you navigate the key features of the calendar and use them to your advantage top bar features the top bar of the schedule tab includes several important tools for navigating and adjusting your calendar today button jump to the current day instantly, no matter where you are in the calendar month and year display quickly reference the time frame you’re viewing navigation arrows use the left and right arrows to move through the calendar by day, week, or month depending on your current view settings icon button this button takes you to your calendar sync settings, which are explained in detail in the calendar sync article conflicts button this button highlights any overlapping sessions or events, helping you easily resolve scheduling conflicts which is explained in detail in the managaing conflicts article for more details on how to manage conflicts, check managing conflicts article day/week/month view this displays your calendar in your preferred view the view is weekly by default, you can change the view to day, week, or month using the dropdown at the top for more flexibility create button you can easily add new sessions or events using the create button located in the bottom right corner of the screen after clicking, select whether you're creating a session or an event for more details on how to create sessions and events, check booking sessions/events article viewing a session each session or event is represented by a card on the calendar you can click on any card to see key session information to view details from a past or upcoming session, simply click on the session card in your calendar a popup will appear displaying key session information, including date & time frequency (e g , one time, daily until a certain date, weekly, etc ) pricing location online or in person if online, it will indicate whether the session is held via eggmed telehealth or zoom if the session has already taken place, you’ll see a view notes button if it hasn’t, the button will instead say join session managing sessions and events to reschedule a session or event, simply drag and drop the card to a new time slot this quick and intuitive feature allows you to make adjustments on the fly without leaving the calendar view categorizing services with colors below the compact calendar on the left, you’ll find a list of services colors tags allow you to categorize your sessions for easier organization and filtering these tags are automatically pre filled based on the specialties you selected during onboarding or in your settings you can fully customize them at any time by editing your services from your settings with these features, eggmed’s schedule tab helps you stay on top of your sessions, manage conflicts, and sync your calendar effortlessly
