👋 navigating the calendar the calendar in eggmed gives you a clear, flexible view of your schedule so you can manage appointments, events, and availability with confidence calendar overview when you open the schedule section, you’ll see a weekly calendar view by default this view shows appointments and events placed on a time grid color coded services for quick recognition a mini month calendar and service legend on the right real time indicators for conflicts and current time you can switch views, create items, and resolve conflicts directly from this screen top bar controls at the top of the calendar, you’ll find the main navigation tools date range & week indicator shows the current week and timezone navigation arrows move backward or forward through weeks today i nstantly jump back to the current day view selector switch between day, week and month views create open the creation menu to create appointment create event conflicts indicator appears when overlapping appointments or events exist clicking it opens the conflict sidebar understanding calendar items appointments appointments represent client sessions each appointment card displays service name time range color based on service type status indicators (pending, active, completed) clicking an appointment opens a side panel with full details, including client and provider session type (in person or telehealth) date and time status join session button for telehealth appointments quick actions (edit or delete) events events are non client blocks such as breaks, meetings, or lunch time they appear on the calendar but are not linked to clients managing conflicts when scheduling overlaps occur, a conflicts badge appears at the top of the calendar clicking it opens the scheduling conflicts panel, where you can see all overlapping appointments grouped by conflict review affected clients and services edit appointments to adjust timing remove appointments or events if needed this makes resolving scheduling issues fast and visible, without leaving the calendar services and color coding on the right side of the calendar, you’ll see a services list each service has a unique color matches the color used on the calendar helps you quickly scan your day by session type service colors can be customized from settings tips for efficient calendar use use week view for planning and day view for focus rely on service colors to spot session types instantly check the conflicts indicator daily to avoid overlaps block breaks using events to protect your availability the calendar is designed to keep everything visible, editable, and under control, without jumping between pages or guessing what’s happening next with these features, eggmed’s schedule tab helps you stay on top of your sessions, manage conflicts, and sync your calendar effortlessly need help? if you need help with scheduling, conflicts, or availability setup, contact us at support\@eggmed com
