the templates section lets you create, edit, and manage reusable forms and documents used across your practice templates help standardize intake, assessments, clinical notes, and treatment plans, saving time and keeping documentation consistent you can access templates from settings โ templates t emplate types eggmed supports multiple template categories, each designed for a specific workflow i ntake templates used to collect information from clients before or during onboarding, such as intake forms, consent forms, and insurance details these templates can be sent to clients and optionally set to auto send a ssessment templates used by providers to record structured clinical assessments these are completed internally and stored in the client record n ote templates used for session documentation and clinical notes these help standardize how encounters are documented t reatment plan templates used to define goals, objectives, and interventions for client care plans c reating a new template to create a template select the template type (intake, assessment, notes, or treatment plans) click add enter a title and optional description choose the form type build the template using the editor you can add questions such as short text, long text, multiple choice, yes/no, dates, scales, file uploads, and signatures t emplate settings depending on the template type, you may see additional options, including require signature requires the client to sign before submission auto send automatically sends the template at specific workflow points assignments controls which services, providers, or workflows use the template status publish or unpublish templates without deleting them m anaging existing templates from the templates list, you can edit a template duplicate a template publish or unpublish it assign it to workflows or services download responses (when available) delete templates you no longer need changes to a template only affect future uses previously completed forms remain unchanged b est practices use clear, descriptive titles so staff can quickly find the right template duplicate existing templates instead of rebuilding from scratch keep intake templates concise to improve client completion rates regularly review unpublished or unused templates to keep things clean
