the client profile is the central place where you can view and manage everything related to a specific client, from demographics and appointments to billing, insurance, and care team access to access a client profile go to clients from the left sidebar select the client from the list you’ll land on the overview tab by default top section (client header) at the top of the profile, you’ll see client name and email billing type (insurance or self pay) client since date quick actions edit profile message create appointment reset password this section gives you quick access to the most common actions without navigating away tabs inside the client profile each tab organizes a specific part of the client’s information overview this is a summary of the client’s key information demographics includes relationship status employment religion preferred language diagnoses view existing diagnoses click + add to add a new diagnosis physical information includes height weight blood type social history displays any recorded social history information notes a section for internal notes related to the client emergency contact shows contact name relationship phone number email billing summary (widget) displays the client’s billing type (insurance or self pay) reset client password if a client is having trouble accessing their account, you can reset their password directly from their profile to reset a client’s password click reset password on the right side of the screen the client will receive an email to set a new password and regain access to their account use this option only when necessary (for example, if the client reports login issues or forgot their password) appointments view the client’s full appointment history, including date & time service type visit type (in person, telehealth, home visit) provider status (pending, confirmed, checked in, fulfilled, cancelled, etc ) this helps you quickly track attendance and session history intakes manage intake forms assigned to the client you can view all forms filter by status (assigned, submitted, void) click + assign to assign a new intake template ( take a look at this docid\ g nvanxk tu1ccbqrxfuz for more details ) each form shows assigned date due date submission date status treatment plans view and manage treatment plans for the client you can create a new treatment plan view status (draft, pending review, active, returned, completed) see goals and session progress this tab gives visibility into the client’s clinical progress coverage manage insurance coverage details you can add new coverage view payer information see eligibility check status review eligibility history this section is especially important for insurance based billing workflows billing view all financial details related to the client includes billing summary total charges total paid adjustments outstanding balance service lines each billed service shows service name date status (e g , billed) charges allowed amount paid remaining balance recent invoices quick access to the latest invoices recent payments displays posted payments related to this client recent claims care team control access and responsibility for the client you can view assigned care teams assign the client to a care team manage access settings care teams help define workflow ownership and, depending on access mode, visibility rules
