👋 the finances tab in eggmed gives you a complete picture of your practice’s financial activity, including insurance billing, invoice history, and client payments whether you’re reviewing your income or following up on pending payments, this section helps you keep everything in one place your finances dashboard overview when you click on finances from the sidebar, you’ll land on a page that gives you a quick summary of your current financial metrics received total payments successfully collected pending payments still in process refunded amounts reimbursed to clients waived services you’ve chosen not to charge for you can filter this overview by time range to get more precise insights last 24 hours last 7 days last 30 days last 12 months your finances sections overview below the financial summary, you’ll find three key sections all a complete overview of all financial activity self pay an overview of payments made out of pocket, not covered by insurance insurance where you’ll manage claims , and track claim statuses each section has its own tools, which we explain further in their respective articles
