removing a team member from your practice ensures that only active staff can access client information and internal tools 1\ go to settings โ team settings from the sidebar, open settings and select team settings under practice settings youโll see a list of all team members, their roles, supervisors, and last activity 2\ find the member you want to remove use the search bar or filters (by role or invite status) to quickly locate the member 3\ open the actions menu click the three dots (โฎ) on the far right of the memberโs row youโll see three options edit info reset password remove remove 4\ click remove select remove from the dropdown a confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm this action once confirmed, the member will be permanently removed permanently removed from your team and lose all access to your practice helpful tips tips you can update or remove assigned clients anytime by reopening the same edit info panel
