How to assign clients to team members

assigning clients helps you connect each clientโs profile with their primary provider or staff member this ensures every client is managed by the right professional and their sessions, notes, and forms stay organized and secure 1\ go to clients from the sidebar, open clients to view your full client list youโll see columns such as name, age, address, email, and assigned provider 2\ choose a client find the client you want to assign and click on their name to open the client profile this page shows their sessions, contact info, demographics, and activity feed 3\ click edit next to โassigned providersโ in the left panel under the general tab, find the assigned providers section and click edit this opens the edit assigned providers window 4\ assign or unassign providers in the search field, type the providerโs name and select them from the list to remove a provider, click unassign next to their name helpful tips tips you can assign one or multiple providers to a client 5\ click save after selecting the right provider(s), click save save the assigned provider(s) will now appear next to the clientโs name in the client list and in their profile view
