๐ the finances tab is divided into three subtabs all , self pay , and insurance in this article, weโll focus on the all subtab the all section displays a searchable and filterable table with the following details client name date of service service type payment status amount paid you can filter by payment status service date search by client name download any claim by clicking the blue highlighted #inv (invoice) or #sb (superbill) number each row also includes a three dot action menu when clicked, it offers quick options to waive payment send a reminder message the client view invoice view superbill delete superbill delete claim depending on the payment status, not all actions will appear at once for example, if the status is waived , you wonโt see a waive payment option in the action menu since itโs already been waived if the item is an insurance claim, youโll see a reference like #clm , and the action menu will include options such as view claim and delete claim at the top right, youโll see a create button clicking it opens a dropdown where you can select create invoice invoice create superbill create claim / cms 1500 claim / cms 1500 for step by step guidance on how to create each of these, check out the dedicated articles for each one
