the settings tab allows you to customize communication preferences and billing details for each individual client it is divided into two main sections session reminders settings and billing type settings session reminders settings this section lets you manage how and when clients are notified about their upcoming or canceled sessions scheduled sessions youโll find two toggle options email reminder enable this to send an upcoming session reminder via email once toggled on, you can set the reminder time before the session begins default is 24 hours , but you can customize it to hours or days in advance text message reminder enable this to send a reminder via sms the default reminder time is 2 hours before the session, but itโs fully customizable canceled sessions you can also choose how clients are notified when a session is canceled email notification โ toggle on to alert clients via email text message notification โ toggle on to notify them by sms each reminder type can be set independently to match your communication preferences billing type settings this section allows you to define how the client is billed for individual sessions choose between self pay insurance you can update this setting at any time to reflect changes in how sessions are covered or reimbursed
