the sessions tab allows you to easily track and manage all appointments with your client it includes both upcoming and completed sessions, displayed in a clear and organized layout session overview carousel at the top, you’ll find a horizontal carousel showing each session in a box each box includes • session date and time • service fee • location (in person, online via eggmed, or zoom) • payment status depending on the session status • for upcoming sessions , you’ll see three buttons edit , cancel , and join • for past sessions , you’ll see two buttons summary and view (to access session notes) adding a session in the top right corner, you’ll find the add session button clicking it opens the session scheduler with the client's information prefilled you can • choose date and time • select location • add a note or tag • set session frequency if needed sessions table below the carousel, sessions are also organized in a detailed table with two categories upcoming – shows all scheduled sessions that have not yet occurred past – shows all completed or ended sessions each table contains the following columns • date • time • duration • service • location • fees • payment status actions in the upcoming table • view session details • message the client • edit the session actions in the past table • view session and notes • message the client • download session summary
