Client Messages tab

the messages tab allows you to view, search, and start a conversation with your selected client what you can do in the messages tab view all conversations scroll through your full message history with the client in one place each thread is neatly organized for easy reference search messages use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific messages or keywords within your conversation history start a new conversation you can create a new message thread in two ways by clicking the new message button next to the search bar or using the new message button on the right side of the screen this makes it easy to keep communication clear and categorized whether you're sending intake forms, following up after a session, or answering client questions
