the campaigns campaigns tab is where you manage all your phone agent campaigns it is the place where you can create, view, and organize how your ai phone assistant communicates with clients through calls whether it is answering incoming calls or making automated follow ups, everything begins here accessing the campaigns tab from the sidebar menu, click ai agents you will see a dropdown menu with the following options dashboard , campaigns , integrations , phone numbers and settings select campaigns to open the campaigns page overview of the campaigns page the campaigns page shows a table that lists all your campaigns each campaign represents a workflow that your phone agent can run campaigns can be inbound inbound (when someone calls you) or outbound outbound (when your system initiates a call or message) you can activate or deactivate any campaign using the toggle button on the left side of the table the main section of the page contains a table listing all your campaigns here is what each column means column description status toggle turns the campaign on or off campaigns are off by default when created and it signifies wether the campaign is enabled enabled or d d isabled isabled campaign name the unique name of your campaign two campaigns cannot have the same name type shows if the campaign is inbound inbound or outbound outbound created on the date when the campaign was first created updated on displays when the campaign was last edited actions contains a dropdown menu with options to duplicate duplicate or delete delete the campaign campaign types inbound inbound campaigns triggered when someone calls your number these can be used for scheduling, answering frequently asked questions, or routing calls to the right person outbound outbound campaigns triggered automatically based on rules or schedules they are useful for reactivation reminders, follow ups, or client check ins creating a new campaign to add a new campaign, click create new campaign at the top right then follow the instructions from one of these articles how to create an inbound campaign how to create an outbound campaign helpful tips tips all new campaigns are off by default, so remember to activate them once they are ready campaign names must be unique you can duplicate an existing campaign if you want to reuse its setup
